Molly owns Sublime Creative Agency and is responsible for Marketing Strategy and Planning. With over 28 years of marketing, advertising and sales experience, Molly has contributed to a number of small to large companies in the areas of marketing, business and media plan strategy, marketing communications, product development, and creating advertising campaigns for both consumer and business marketing.
Molly is responsible for project management, marketing strategy and planning. She is very active in the Central Oregon community through various non-profits and business associations. In her spare time, she loves yoga, reading a good book, running the trails of Central Oregon, skiing in powder at Mt Bachelor and golfing with her husband Ken and son Sam.
Maghan joins the Sublime team bringing with her a background in marketing and business. After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration, Maghan worked for a software company in their marketing department. Her primary roles there were marketing communications and event planning. She loves to take a project from start to finish, no matter how big or small, and is very excited to work with Sublime and it’s wonderful clients. Maghan, her husband and three children moved to Bend in 2014 and are fully enjoying life in Central Oregon.
Aileen is currently a designer for Sublime and originally founded Sublime Creative Agency in 1998 as a design studio. Over the years, Sublime’s offerings have grown from agency management, business development, client relations, to award-winning branding and marketing strategy. Aileen’s passion is design and typography and she is still part of the design team, however, her shining role these days is being a mom to her 2 sons, Kyle and Zach.
William is a designer for Sublime and a 2006 graduate from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with an emphasis in print, identity, letterform, and packaging design. While attending Art Center, he was awarded the Ahmanson Scholarship, attained Dean’s List status, and graduated Valedictorian, with Distinction.
Mary Ann Moore
Merry Ann Moore provides strategic content for whatever platform fits best—web, social media or print. She specializes in messaging: helping brands define their “special sauce,” then communicating what they need to say convincingly, in the right voice. With a background in PR, she makes it her goal to make complex information simpler and easy to find. On the rare occasions when she’s not online earning tuition for her two college kids, Merry Ann’s probably on her bike or out with the dogs.
Karen has been practicing photography for 20 years. After pursuing a degree in Mandarin Chinese and economics at the University of Puget Sound, Karen followed her heart and studied photography at the Seattle Art Institute. Recently, Karen has been living in her hometown of Bend for 10 years. Her work includes Taylor Northwest, the Bend Broadband Vault, Bend Film and the Old Mill Santa Land. Karen’s photography has been published in the The New York Times, Flyfisherman, and Fortune magazine.
Andrea Wasilew Larson
Andrea is an award-winning public relations professional. She prides herself on her strong relationships with the media, creating innovative public relations and social media campaigns, and securing top media placement for clients. Andrea is extremely passionate about what she does for clients and it shows! Her clients have been featured in some of the top media outlets in the country, including Los Angeles Times, NPR, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Today Show, Outside Magazine, & many more. In her free time, she embraces the outdoor playground in Central Oregon running trails, hiking, skiing, & spending time with her two daughters, husband, and Labrador.
Kim has been helping large and small business owners drive traffic to their websites and improve their overall online visibility for ten years. Prior to SEO and search engine marketing, she spent more than 15 years in magazine circulation marketing. When she comes up for air and gives her computer time to cool down, she likes to travel and dabble in photography.
Brian brings over 15 years of Web Design & Development experience helping businesses of all size find their online identity and deliver their message effectively. Upon earning a degree from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Brian ventured south where he cut his teeth in the virulent tech scene of Southern California for a host companies, ranging from shoestring startups, to bigs like McDonalds and Universal Studios. Brian excels at identifying the goals and needs of each client, and providing best-in-class solutions.
