It’s that time of year when we all anxiously await the Pantone Color of the Year selection (well, at least those of us who are creative marketing strategists). In the case of 2021, there were two chosen of which Pantone expressed as “a marriage of color conveying a message of strength and hopefulness that is both enduring and uplifting.” There’s so much inspiration to draw from this color combination.
When developing client brand strategies, it’s important to think critically about various brand elements. Color is the visual component people remember most followed closely by symbols, then numbers and words. Color plays an important role in how your brand is perceived and has a significant effect on your overall customer’s brand experience. A brand’s choice of color is a foundational element and ultimately a distinguishing factor to create brand loyalty over time.
